Job Description: Surgery QA
Location: Chennai and Bangalore (Work from Office)
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Surgery QA professional to perform quality checks on surgical coding and ensure compliance with applicable coding guidelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of surgical coding.
- Identify discrepancies and provide feedback to coders for improvements.
- Ensure adherence to coding guidelines standards and regulations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in coding protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in surgical coding quality assurance.
- Certification in medical coding (preferred but not mandatory).
- Expertise in surgical coding and related guidelines (ICD10 CPT HCPCS).
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of surgical coding and QA processes.
- High attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for feedback and collaboration.
Compensation: Competitive salary with a decent hike from the current package.
