Job Description:
- Manage daily branch operations including sales inventory and customer service.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve branch sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and provide suggestions to improve sales performance.
- Ensure branch operations adhere to company policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experience in selling electrical appliance products or outdoor sales is preferred.
- Proven team management experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Preferable Mandarin speaker.
- Selfdriven responsible and capable of working independently.
