Job Description
Background:
Our client is a karaoke system supplier based in Johor Bahru Kuala Lumpur and Penang Malaysia. They offer a wide range of karaoke equipment including KTV LED touch screen monitors speaker amplifiers wireless microphones and soundproof wall panels.
Their services include customdesigned karaoke systems for homes tailored to your preferences whether you seek a comfortable environment or a powerful soundproof room. They also specialize in the installation of karaoke machines and soundproof panels. Additionally they provide karaoke rental services for family gatherings and events.
Job Description:
- Manage daily branch operations including sales inventory and customer service.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve branch sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and provide suggestions to improve sales performance.
- Ensure branch operations adhere to company policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experience in selling electrical appliance products or outdoor sales is preferred.
- Proven team management experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Preferable Mandarin speaker.
- Selfdriven responsible and capable of working independently.
