Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at DCS Group. As the Laboratory Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the laboratory operations in our Ferro Alloys Plant. This is a midlevel position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role. The job is located in Goa Velha Goa India. This is a fulltime position with excellent growth opportunities.

This is a midlevel position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role. The job is located in Goa Velha Goa India. This is a fulltime position with excellent growth opportunities.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a laboratory supervisory role preferably in a Ferro Alloys Plant or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment
- Experience in quality control and assurance procedures
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a laboratory setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in using laboratory software and computer applications
- Plan organize and supervise the daytoday activities of the laboratory in the Ferro Alloys Plant
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet laboratory goals
- Develop and implement laboratory procedures protocols and quality control measures
- Monitor and analyze laboratory results troubleshoot and resolve any issues
- Maintain laboratory equipment perform calibrations and coordinate repairs
- Train and mentor laboratory staff provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth laboratory operations
- Prepare and maintain laboratory reports records and documentation
