Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate frontofhouse (FOH) staff including hosts/hostesses stewards
bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Train mentor and provide ongoing coaching to FOH staff ensuring adherence to service
standards etiquette and SOPs.
Monitor dining room activity and guest flow making adjustments as necessary to optimize
seating arrangements and ensure a seamless dining experience.
Assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally ensuring guest
satisfaction and retention.
Oversee the setup and preparation of dining areas before service including table settings
cleanliness and ambiance.
Conduct preshift meetings to communicate daily specials menu changes and service
expectations to FOH staff.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and
beverages to guests.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling payroll inventory management and staff
performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including food safety sanitation and
alcohol service guidelines.
Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service demonstrating professionalism
hospitality and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry preferably in a
fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations service standards and etiquette.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment multitask and prioritize tasks.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
