Job Description
SUMMARY
The Data Centers Configuration administrator is responsible for the design and implementation of systems across our global network of locations. This role will contribute by implementing continuous improvements that demonstrate the benefits of infrastructure automation in on premises and in the cloud. They will play a key role in a crossfunctional agile development team and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining various automation components with a primary focus on infrastructure automation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter collaborative team player and problem solver.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide consulting to development teams on development process automation.
- Managing and implementing cloudnative infrastructure software.
- Provide flexible solutions emphasizing speed scale and agility
- Delivering exceptional service to help customers build applications.
- Ability to identify and automate recurring tasks for better productivity.
- Conduct code reviews application and security testing to ensure fitness for use.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least four to six years of experience in infrastructure development and deployment tooling.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform Ansible Shell Scripting and Python.
- Ability to develop Terraforms Ansible Playbooks or other forms of infrastructure as code.
- Experience with Containers and Container Orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good handson experience with Python Java and Kubernetes operators.
- Ability to identify and automate recurring tasks for better productivity.
- Comfortable and effective at communicating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cloud native applications container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Familiar with SAFe/Agile methodologies.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with DevSecOps GitOps and continuous improvement
- A background working with continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Git and deployment operators.
- Develop inhouse tools and solutions to support our organization.
- Exposure to onprem and Azure cloud services.
- Strong grasp of automation tools.
