Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Client relation responsibilities including attending client meetings
- Lead internal project teams through the bidding and construction phases of a project
- Project management responsibilities (project planning scoping budgeting and QA/QC)
- Lead the building design process (programming design concept planning and design development)
- Assign tasks to others
- Perform code reviews specification review and preparing cost estimates
- Prepare full construction documents
- Use Revit to produce architectural models (sections/details)
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Master s degree preferred
- 5 years of architecture or engineering experience preferably working on municipality projects
- Licensed Architect preferred
- Proficient in Revit
- Microsoft Office experience
Salary is commensurate with experience.
