Job Description

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets with key and assigned channel partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to assigned accounts.
  • Lead collaborative planning sessions to establish shared objectives marketing strategies and financial goals with partners.
  • Position oneself as a subject matter expert on the organizational structure behavior and key decisionmakers within designated accounts.
  • Build and maintain productive professional relationships at all organizational levels within assigned distributor accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies sales standards and marketing agreements.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and program agreements effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to establish and sustain leadership positions within assigned partner portfolios.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to sales and management on the status and performance of assigned channel accounts.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities.
  • Utilize an advanced datadriven approach to make informed and effective business decisions.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales or marketing preferably involving distribution management or engagement.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead and facilitate discussions with large groups.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing highvisibility crossfunctional projects.
  • Solid understanding of product differentiation and competitive strategy methodologies.
  • Proven ability to navigate and network effectively within complex organizations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales performance metrics and key indicators.
  • Proven experience in relationship management particularly with strategic or channel partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Indonesia region up within to 50%.
  • Fluency in English
  • Required to based in Indonesia
