Role Overview:
We are hiring a Branch Manager for a leading private bank to oversee operations drive growth in CASA FD and retail liabilities and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Achieve targets in CASA FD and retail liabilities.

Acquire and retain customers fostering key client relationships.

Branch Operations:

Ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Oversee cash flows and dayend processes.

Team Management:

Lead and motivate the team to meet goals.

Conduct staff training and performance reviews.

Customer Engagement:

Address escalations and resolve grievances promptly.

Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance:

Adhere to regulatory requirements and conduct audits.

Qualifications:

Graduation/PostGraduation (MBA preferred).

68 years in retail banking with 3 years in leadership.

Proven expertise in CASA and retail liabilities.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
