Technical Expertise:
ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge of service management.
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN firewalls).
Familiarity with APIs and identity providers like Active Directory.
ProblemSolving Skills: Thrive in resolving challenges effectively.
Strong Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
