- Manage the delivery of WMS reports produced on the States NYC Production and Enduser Mainframes to the HRA enduser community via both the Unisys Enterprise Output Management application and the LRS PageCenter application.
- Install configure manage and troubleshoot 100 Windowsbased Servers including Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008.
- Install configure manage and troubleshoot 50 Windowsbased user PCs including Windows XP and Windows 7.
- Manage the operation installation and configuration of Windowsbased DNS Servers and their associated databases.
- Liaise and coordinate with multiple state and city agencies to resolve issues.
- Train staff on new policies and procedures.
