General Job description:
The Business Analyst is responsible for working within the Data & Analytics team to deliver reporting and dashboard solutions that meet the needs of the organization. The developer must work well in a team setting and have excellent organizational prioritization communication and time management skills.
The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple and changing priorities and be able to successfully collaborate with development teams technology groups consultants and key stakeholders.
Key Role:
- Design and develop insights related to the main processes related data Utilize analytical statistical and programming skills to collect analyse and interpret large scale data sets
- Development of management reports in POWER BI
- Expertise in Data Warehouse and report design and development
- Provide data driven solutions to business challenges.
- Deliver on periodical reports on time and accurately to make business impact with high complexity
- Good understanding of databases and semantic models
- Follow and enhance BI standards and best practices across the team
- Strong understanding of Siebel architecture including data model business services and integration strategies.
- Implementation and communication of new dashboards planning actions related to findings.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
Technical Competence:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a strong portfolio of Power BI projects & SAP.
- Indepth knowledge of Power BI including Power Query and Data Modeling.
- Experience with SQL and other data manipulation languages.
- Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI including its components and capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud computing data integration and data management.
- Excellent Technical Problem Solving skill performance optimization skills
- Specialist in SQL and Stored procedures with Data warehouse concepts
- Performed ETL Processes (Extract Load Transform).
- Sound understanding of cloud and big data concepts and tools. Azure AWS Data Lake Snowflake etc.
- Experience with developing applications reports and dashboards.
- Project management experience with expertise in Agile methodologies

- Experience in handling global stakeholders and daytoday operational requests from the business
- Problem solvers who are flexible and creative in finding solutions
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
- Very strong communication with influencing and networking skills

Role and Responsibility:
Business analyst is playing key role in Reporting and analytics development within Data & Analytics team. Business analyst is responsible for gathering the business requirements from the business stakeholders translating the business requirements into technical requirements and developing the solution together with rest of Data & Analytics team. Business analyst main responsibility being the BI solution development he will be also doing the requirement gathering with other Data & Analytics team members from the various business stakeholders. Work tasks will be ranging from developing new solutions from the scratch rebuilding existing solutions and incremental development of solutions running in production.
Professional Experience Required (Min Max.): 811 years
Qualifications :
Education Required: Graduation/Post Graduation in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System/Infocommunications or Engineering.
