Job Description: Engineering Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and drive the development of advanced eCommerce solutions. This role combines technical expertise leadership and strategic thinking to manage crossfunctional teams and deliver scalable secure and highperformance eCommerce platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce solution architecture modern frontend technologies like Next.js Typescript and React.js and enterpriseclass platforms. Additionally expertise in code reviews Sonar for code quality payment gateways fraud prevention and SEO tools is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in modern frontend technologies like Next.js and React.js.
o Strong knowledge of headless API architectures and integrations.
o Expertise in designing and implementing multicountry multisite eCommerce platforms.
o Proficiency in conducting code reviews and using tools like Sonar to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Platform and Tool Integration:
o Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterpriseclass platforms.
o Knowledge of SEO best practices GA4 and GTM.
o Familiarity with integrating payment gateways such as Adyen and fraud prevention tools like Riskified.
Solution Architecture:
o Ability to design systems that meet performance scalability and security requirements.
o Strong focus on nonfunctional requirements including system reliability and maintainability.
Agile Project Management:
o Extensive experience managing Agile projects and delivering on tight deadlines.
o Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining highquality standards.
Communication and Collaboration:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including Product Managers designers and stakeholders.
BusinessTechnical Translation:
o Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with web analytics accessibility standards and advanced SEO strategies.
Prior experience managing distributed or global teams.
Full time engineering graduate from reputed institute.
