Job Description
Are you ready to combine your passion for science with a rewarding career in sales SGS is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth and support our clients in the Drug Development and Life Sciences sectors.
As a Business Development Executive you will:
- Build your knowledge and skills through training and collaboration to qualify new business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations within deadlines to support the sales process.
- Act as the inside sales point of contact between the customer and the Technical Operations teams/Project Management team to ensure all technical and business items are in place to allow contract signature and test initiation.
- Join and when needed lead client meetings to discuss testing needs and maintain strong relationships.
- Support Business Development Managers in resolving technical commercial and legal details for a smooth transition to testing.
Qualifications :
We welcome candidates from various backgrounds including those with:
- Sales Experience: Experience in sales with a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Biotechnology Drug Development or Life Sciences.
- Recent Graduates: A degree in Biotechnology Drug Development or Life Sciences. and a desire to start your career in sales. (Full training provided no sales experience required.)
- Scientific Professionals Transitioning to Sales: Experience in a Scientific (GMP/GLP) environment and an interest in transitioning into sales. (Full training provided.)
