What Youll Do
As the Operations Manager youll be the driving force behind our success. Your leadership will ensure exceptional service operational excellence and a thriving team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Lead and oversee daily functions across the hotels core departmentsFront Office Food & Beverage and Housekeepingpromoting teamwork and ensuring smooth efficient service delivery.
- Proactively address challenges implement improvements and lead by example to maintain a culture of excellence.
Guest Experience
- Deliver memorable guest experiences ensuring every detail meets or exceeds expectations.
- Drive guest feedback initiatives and implement innovative solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Development
- Mentor coach and empower team members to reach their full potential fostering a culture of trust growth and high performance.
- Set clear expectations and support the team in achieving individual and collective goals.
Strategic Growth
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue control costs and strengthen market position.
- Identify opportunities for growth innovation and sustainability.
Brand & Standards
- Champion brand values and ensure all operations meet established standards of quality safety and professionalism.
- Act as a brand ambassador connecting with the local community and stakeholders to enhance the hotels reputation.
