Position Summary
The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for both internal support for our team as well as external communication and coordination with organizational partners. This position s duties are key to helping the organization run smoothly. The ideal person likes wearing many different hats has exceptional communication skills enjoys collaborating with and supporting a team and enjoys and excels at organizing and creating processes. This is a primarily remote position and reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Duties & Essential Job Functions
- Support for recruitment processes
- Support for consulting processes
- Calendar management for team
- Ensure projects are created and assigned properly
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Documentation of core processes
- Creation of digital assets
- Social media content calendar creation and implementation
- Create agendas and take notes at meetings
- File and document management
- Additional tasks as needed
