Job Description
This is a remote position.
Requirements
Loan processing and mortgage industry experience required
Arive and LendingPad experience required
NMLS license required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients customers and coworkers
Excellent time management and organization skills to effectively prioritize multiple objectives and achieve volume goals
Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
Remote work available
Responsible for assisting in the processing and compliance of mortgage loan products including but not limited to:
Review analyze and request information on mortgage loan documents
Timely thorough and accurate processing and verification of incoming loan data
Accurately input loan documentation into Arive/LendingPad
Order all required verifications documentation and subsequent followups
Prioritize and address customer needs and demands in a professional manner
Ensure the highest quality in loan document preparation
Handle confidential material in a professional and highly ethical manner
Perform tasks and prioritize with little or no supervision
Participate and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements: Proven experience in self-sourcing business in mortgage lending or similar financial services. Strong understanding of mortgage loan products and processes. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to analyze financial information and credit histories. Proficiency in mortgage loan origination systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of self-sourced loan applications.
