Business support assistant for travel and transport services.
Tasks:
- Data management
- Entering a variety of data into a series of spreadsheets and assisting with its analysis.
- Maintaining and updating databases and records accurately
- Inputting applications and other data entry using internal systems
- Communication
- Monitoring the email inboxes and replying where necessary
- Forwarding correspondence to the relevant person
- Liaising with colleagues to manage customer expectations
- Finance administration
- Raising purchase orders on the BMS system
- Checking and processing invoices from operators
- Raising invoice queries with the relevant team/operator
- Inputting credit notes
- Administration
- Opening and scanning incoming mail
- Letter typing and printing where necessary
- Working to varying deadlines
