Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in client management sales or retail marketing.
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop client strategies and execute business plans.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of the retail and consumer goods industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in managing FMCG retail or sales operations.
- Understanding of shopper marketing and trade activation.
