As a Business Analyst within the Client Solutions team you will play a pivotal role in bridging client needs with innovative technologydriven solutions. Reporting to the Head of Client Solutions you will collaborate closely with a team of skilled Business Analysts leveraging collective expertise to design and implement tailored solutions. With a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform you will translate client requirements into actionable project plans ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional value.

In your initial phase you will concentrate on gathering and documenting client requirements engaging in rigorous endtoend testing and supporting seamless solution implementations. Over time your responsibilities will grow to include broader project tasks stakeholder engagement and contributing to the team s shared success. Your technical proficiency and teamwork will ensure the delivery of robust scalable solutions that drive impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Learning: Actively engage in professional development activities to enhance your expertise with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform and related tools and skills.
  • Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate detailed and complete project documentation ensuring it is accessible to the team.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Foster clear and effective communication within the team and with clients ensuring smooth transitions from requirements gathering to solution implementation. Collaborate with other Business Analysts to share insights align on goals and support team success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively addressed.
  • Client Requirement Understanding: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs translating them into comprehensive user stories and technical specifications for the development team.
  • Proposal Formulation: Collaborate with the team to shape client proposals and customize solutions that align with business and technical goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that developed solutions meet specified requirements and standards performing detailed quality checks before client testing phases.
  • EndtoEnd Testing: Actively participate in endtoend testing to confirm alignment with client requirements. Provide training and user guidance to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
  • Project Implementation Support: Support project implementation phases including user training documentation handover and postimplementation troubleshooting.
  • ProblemSolving: Apply analytical skills and creativity to identify challenges propose innovative solutions and maximize business value.
  • Client Support: Act as the first line of support during and after project implementation addressing user queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
