Summary:
- Client is seeking an associate with 24 years of business litigation experience to join the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in our Orlando office.
- Ideal candidate must be a persuasive legal writer and oral advocate and will have substantial experience with complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts including conducting and managing written and document discovery researching and drafting pleadings motions and other court filings conducting/defending depositions preparing witnesses for testimony appearing for status conferences and arguing motions in both state and federal court.
- Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations and experience with trial preparation is preferred.
- Qualified candidate must have a positive attitude strong interpersonal skills an exceptional work ethic and must be comfortable having direct interaction with partners and clients.
