About Us:
We’re looking for an Intermediate Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This role focuses on supporting the team with critical data insights analysis and reporting. While this is an internalfacing position with no direct customer interaction your work will directly influence how we improve our services and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Independently interpret analytics requests design solutions and produce detailed reports.
- SQL Mastery: Use intermediate to advanced SQL skills to extract transform and analyze data from complex databases.
- Excel Proficiency: Create detailed and dynamic reports using intermediate to advanced Excel functions including pivot tables VLOOKUP and complex formulas.
- Critical Thinking: Apply strong problemsolving and analytical skills to identify trends correlations and actionable insights.
- Documentation and Summarization: Write clear summaries of analytics outputs and provide recommendations based on findings.
- eCommerce Knowledge: Understand key eCommerce metrics like customer lifetime value cohorts and acquisition cost to contextualize analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand their data needs and ensure timely delivery of insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and visualization (a plus but not required).
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce concepts and the ability to apply them in analytics tasks.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience with SQL (intermediate to advanced level).
- Solid Excel expertise (intermediate to advanced level).
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce metrics and concepts.
