Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Salary: 25000 per annum commission

Location: Bury Saint Edmunds

About the Role

As a Sales Executive youll play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and converting potential customers. Whether its responding to inbound inquiries engaging with leads through digital channels or reaching out to industry professionals youll be at the heart of our clients sales strategy.

About the Client

Our client is a specialist in renewable energy solutions helping homeowners and businesses transition to greener more costeffective heating systems. With a strong reputation they provide highquality installations of heat pumps underfloor heating and solar PV. Their team is committed to delivering expert advice and firstclass customer service ensuring clients get the best energyefficient solutions tailored to their needs.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Contacting and converting both qualified and unqualified leads via phone social media and Googlegenerated enquiries.
  • Booking appointments for potential customers to discuss renewable energy solutions.

  • Reaching out to builders and industry professionals from established databases to develop business opportunities.
  • Managing inbound sales enquiries and providing knowledgeable advice on suitable products.

  • Following up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.


Requirements

  • Experience in renewable energy or heat pump sales (preferred).

  • Knowledge of plumbing heating or the renewable energy sector.

  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • A proactive resultsdriven mindset with the ability to manage leads efficiently.

  • Confidence in handling inbound and outbound sales conversations.
