We are looking for an Executive Assistant to deliver organisational and administrative support and report into the Group Chief Procurement Officer. You will also support the Head of UKI Procurement TPRM & Global Strategic Pricing and the Group Head of Real Estate and Workplace ensuring management of their time and priorities.
Responsibilities include:
Manage all incoming/outgoing communications for the Executive by filtering reverting to others and responding to internal and external clients.
Collaborate daily across multiple time zones in the management of diaries to prioritise and coordinate appointments and maximise time efficiency for Executive and members of the Leadership Team.
Ensure administrative support including room bookings and venue management; travel arrangements both overseas and UK; Expense management and control of the corporate purchasing card (as apt); coordinate office and desk moves including coordination with Facilities; IT equipment and onboarding for all unbased employees
Partner with other PAs and EAs within Experian and externally to ensure management and organisation of Board Customer Supplier and Senior Leadership Meetings.
