Role and responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the endtoend lifecycle of IT assets including hardware and software ensuring timely upgrades and replacements according to the endoflife schedules
- Vulnerability Remediation: Lead the identification assessment and remediation of vulnerabilities within the IT infrastructure to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with security standards
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed project plans including scope timelines resources and budgets for lifecycle management and vulnerability remediation initiatives
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all IT assets and remediation activities comply with relevant laws regulations and industry standards. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management and other stakeholders
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with endoflife assets and vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement and disposal of IT assets negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in IT asset lifecycle management and vulnerability remediation
- Proficient with Microsoft suite
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure cybersecurity principles and vulnerability management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
The salary range for this role is US$90000 US$140000
