With an engaged social media community and a bold vision for growth were looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to help us build and execute bestinclass social strategies. Your Role

As Social Media Manager youll be at the center of TechoBlocs social media efforts responsible for driving engagement increasing brand awareness and managing a highperforming content calendar across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Head of Social Media & Community youll collaborate with a talented creative team manage campaigns from ideation to execution and play a pivotal role in growing our Instagram and TikTok presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement platformspecific content strategies for Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Facebook and YouTube;
  • Plan content 1 month ahead in alignment with broader marketing initiatives ensuring a steady and consistent posting schedule;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates to ensure TechoBloc remains ahead of the curve;
  • Bring new ideas to the table identifying opportunities to engage with the contractor community and elevate the brand;

Campaign Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns from content ideation to publishing;
  • Coordinate with the Senior Content Creator Video Content Creator and Digital Designer to produce highquality content;
  • Manage crossfunctional collaboration ensuring social content is aligned with marketing email and digital strategies;
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using insights to optimize future campaigns;

Content Calendar & Workflow Management

  • Own the social media content calendar ensuring posts are planned approved and scheduled in advance;
  • Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines ensuring smooth coordination with the creative team;
  • Oversee postproduction workflows ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines;

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track key performance metrics including engagement follower growth impressions and reach;
  • Analyze post and campaign performance providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement;
  • Apply learnings from previous posts to continuously optimize content and strategy;
  • Present monthly performance reports to the Head of Social Media & Community highlighting key wins and areas for growth;

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Work closely with the Community Manager to foster an engaged and loyal online community;
  • Identify opportunities to interact with followers industry influencers and key voices to build relationships;
  • Support UGC (usergenerated content) initiatives and communitydriven campaigns;

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Mentor junior content creators and freelancers providing guidance on best practices for content creation and platform management;
  • Organize team meetings to review performance brainstorm new ideas and ensure alignment with goals;
  • Collaborate with external partners influencers and ambassadors to amplify TechoBlocs reach.

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Experience

  • 13 years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across platforms;
  • Strong understanding of content strategy platformspecific trends and social media best practices (Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Facebook YouTube);
  • Experience in planning and managing content calendars for multiple platforms;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage workflows and meet deadlines;
  • Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working crossfunctionally;
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Later Hootsuite Sprout Social) and content planning tools (e.g. Asana Trello);

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the hardscape construction or design industry is a plus;
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns;
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to give feedback on visual and video content.
