Job Description
Creating opportunities for play connection and community wellness
ATLAS is seeking enthusiastic Recreation Attendants to support recreational services at the CARE Doha compound in Qatar. In this role you will help organize and facilitate sports fitness and entertainment activities for guests and personnel. You ll ensure that recreational facilities are clean safe and welcoming while also assisting with special events and community engagement programs. Your efforts will play a key role in improving quality of life for families in transition.
About You:
Experienced in supporting recreation programs events or sports activities.
Friendly and serviceoriented with a focus on guest experience and engagement.
Organized and proactive in maintaining safe and wellfunctioning recreational environments.
Responsibilities:
Set up monitor and assist with recreational activities including sports fitness programs and entertainment events.
Ensure that all recreational equipment and facilities are maintained safe and ready for use.
Support special events providing guidance and support to participants and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
Required
At least 1 year of experience in recreation sports event coordination or a similar role.
CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Proficiency in English with strong communication and customer service skills.
Desired
Experience in multicultural or international community programs.
Fluency in Dari Pashto or Arabic.
Knowledge of recreation safety protocols and event management techniques.
