Product: Business LAP
Experience: Min. 2 years in Business LAP
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Job Role:
Acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) through various channels.
Manage and grow the LAP portfolio ensuring renewals and crossselling.
Assess customer profiles financials and property documents for loan eligibility.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Min. 2 years of experience in Business LAP (Bank/NBFC/HFC preferred).
Strong knowledge of LAP products loan structuring and underwriting.
Excellent sales negotiation and relationship management skills.
