What Youll Do (Your Key Responsibilities)
As a Project Engineer youll be the bridge between planning and execution ensuring our civil engineering and construction projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your daytoday will include:
Project Coordination & Scheduling
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to track progress.
Work closely with project managers site teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
Attend weekly meetings with owners and stakeholders to provide updates.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Assist in preparing and managing project budgets to ensure financial success.
Review and approve subcontractor pay estimates and owner invoices.
Identify costsaving opportunities without sacrificing quality.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure all work complies with engineering standards safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site inspections to verify construction meets specifications.
Maintain accurate job quantities and records for reporting.
Site & Team Support
Assist the Project Superintendent with scheduling and coordination of field activities.
Be actively involved in field layout and surveying to guide accurate execution.
Support traffic control activities as needed for site safety.
Materials & Subcontractor Management
Order and schedule materials and resources to prevent project delays.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Risk & Safety Management
Conduct erosion control inspections and maintain log sheets.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental compliance.

What We are Looking For (Qualifications & Experience)
We are searching for a proactive detailoriented problem solver who thrives in a fastpaced teamdriven environment.
Education & Experience
25 years of experience in civil engineering structures or a related field.
High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of construction methods materials and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints project drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD Revit Primavera P6 Procore etc.).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills this role requires collaboration with multiple teams.
