The Role
Were seeking a highly motivated Outbound Telesales Executive to join our growing team. Your mission: to connect with UK business owners understand their funding needs and schedule meetings for our directors to present tailored finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently making a high volume of outbound cold calls to targeted UK businesses daily.
- Engaging with key decisionmakers to understand their business needs and position our services effectively.
- Booking meetings for our directors to discuss funding options.
- Accurately recording conversations and prospect details in our CRM system.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in outbound telesales ideally within the financial or B2B services sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.
- Selfmotivated goaldriven and comfortable working in a highperformance environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call logging.
