Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Collaborate with Digital GTM leadership to identify prioritize and develop comprehensive enablement strategy specifically aligned to Digital GTM roles.
- Design comprehensive training and activation programs tailored to unique needs of audience and GTM strategy.
- Utilize various modalities including workshops webinars and interactive sessions to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Track analyze and interpret seller performance metrics to identify strengths gaps and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights and datadriven recommendations to leaders and sales teams.
- Partner with sales managers to reinforce coaching strategies and foster a highperforming sales environment.
- Leverage global programs when applicable to drive knowledge acquisition and skills development.
- Hubbased aligning with the office requirements of the Digital GTM team.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- A strong background in gotomarket (GTM) roles with experience in closing sales prospecting and assessing the needs of a GTM business to deliver effective enablement programs.
- Experience in enterpriselevel software consulting or sales roles along with a deep understanding of the endtoend sales lifecycle is essential.
- At least 2 years in a strategic sales consulting or industry GTM role preferably in complex software selling environments.
- Strong communication critical thinking and interpersonal skills are necessary. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to gain support for new ideas and initiatives while mitigating roadblocks through strong collaboration and communication.
- Establishing and building close working relationships possessing strong personal credibility and influencing skills and being a teamoriented planner and decisionmaker are crucial attributes.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools of the trade such as new training methods and practices.
