What will your work consist of
- You will be responsible for managing projects related to the procurement of professional services
- Contribution to creation and eventually execution of sourcing strategies for various indirect spend categories
- Conducting RFx processes and negotiating commercial terms including contract reconciliation
- Ongoing collaboration with business areas to identify business needs and identify sources for sourcing optimal solutions
- Analyzing spend data and identification of cost savings and process improvements opportunities
- Cyclical evaluation of cooperation with suppliers
- Coordination of cooperation with Legal Department
- Project Tracking & KPIs maintaining
- Conduct market analysis and identify potential suppliers for administrative HR and financial services
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies

We are looking for a person who:
- Min. 5 years experience in indirect procurement (professional services)
- Experience in negotiations with vendors (both domestic and foreign) covering financial legal and business aspects
- Experience in strategic management of procurement categories
- Being assertives committed able to be proactive in dealing with the challenges faced
- Excellent interpersonal communication and interteam cooperation skills
- Ability to deal efficiently with new situations and adapt to changing internal and external conditions
- High communication skills in Polish as well as in English and presentation skills
- Very strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of the Czech language will be an added advantage
