Are you looking for an exciting fulltime career where development and highperformance are valued AbbVie Canada is looking to connect with a Skin Quality Territory Manager to join our commercial sales team.

Our Skin Quality Territory Manager focuses on Volite and our SkinMedica portfolio and develops robust business plans to execute brand strategies and tactics in the field. They deliver sales performance build strong customer relationships and support customer needs to maximize short and longterm sales targets all while placing the patient at the center of any efforts and operating within AbbVies business code of conduct policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales performance brand KPIs financial targets marketing objectives in order to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Create precall plans and execute postcall evaluation to continuously improve sales performance.
  • Proactively and continuously engage and collaborate with key stakeholders in support of their needs expectations and challenges to build trusted relationships.
  • Execute a call plan that achieves set metrics and optimizes coverage of key customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Continuously build understanding of customer needs and expectations territory landscape competitors market segments/dynamics accounts products and clinical expertise. Share this market intelligence information with sales manager and respective team members in order to achieve alignment to anticipate environmental change and to optimize brand strategy and its execution.
  • Differentiate Allergan Aesthetics value proposition with healthcare providers and identify develop and maintain knowledge market insights and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance.

Qualifications :

Education/Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years in a Sales role within the aesthetic/and or retail industry.
  • Physician/accountbased selling training managed health care B2B experience or Marketing experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales and solid presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to proactively identify customer style / behavior and to quickly adapts all aspects of selling approach.
  • Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Offers innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities for the larger organization and anticipates and responds to changes or challenges.
  • Viewed as a credible and respected role model and resource among peers. Builds collaborative partnership with regional colleagues and team etc.

Essential skills & abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook PowerPoint Excel Word etc.)
  • Must be at ease with technology (the use of various tools/systems to perform daytoday tasks).
  • Position requires evening/ weekend work from time to time including overnight travel.
  • Valid drivers license and passport.

Key infield team competencies:

  • Ability to think strategically to support the development of a highquality territory plans.
  • Indepth analytical skills to enable appropriate and optimal understanding of data to assess business outcomes in the decisionmaking process and achieve strategic goals.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with infield team members to develop and maximize integrated account plans.
  • Ability to leverage the connection with crossfunctional team for business outcomes and market insights.
