Job Description
- You are responsible for defining the appropriate techniques and the sequence of the construction program for one or more of our construction projects.
- You assess the viability and possibility of different construction methods to decide which one is the best in terms of budget logistics and timing.
- Your planning will be used to specify and determine the timing of the project.
- You monitor the progress of the construction site and take action to smooth or correct the construction process.
- You document all your planning clearly making them easily accessible and usable by the site engineers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5 years) in MEP planning and coordination within the construction industry preferably in largescale projects Stadium experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems building codes and regulations.
- Good understanding of basic construction sequencing and interfacing.
- You have a good experience with specialized construction planning software (Primavera P6 MSP TILOS).
- You have a very good knowledge with Ms Office package.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- You are ready to be assigned in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
