Our Merchant Services team lies at the heart of Wolt ensuring that we set all of our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding menu and catalog experience. As Wolt continues to grow in both scale and scope of offerings the strength of our content management and catalog operations must expand with it.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic Multilingual Merchant Catalogue team. In this role you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of associates who are responsible for managing and optimizing product information for merchants on our platform across multiple languages and countries.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the teams success by fostering a positive and productive work environment driving performance and ensuring highquality output. This position requires a strong understanding of ecommerce principles excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and everchanging environment.
What youll do
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead and mentor a growing team of outsourced associates providing regular feedback coaching and performance reviews.
Monitor team performance identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Actively participate in the hiring process and promote the growth of the team
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages open communication teamwork and professional development.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily operations and ensure all team deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement process improvements and streamline workflows to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with and support the local Wolt teams to ensure timely delivery of action items
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the accuracy and quality of all data entered into the Merchant Catalogue.
Develop and maintain quality control standards and procedures.
Multilingual Support:
Oversee the management of product information across multiple languages and regions.
Ensure all content is accurate consistent and culturally appropriate for each target market.
Collaborate with language specialists and translation services to ensure highquality translations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in managing and leading leading Shared Services Center or Support Operations Manager in a BPO industry or similar industry as Wolt
3 years of experience in ecommerce online retail or a related field
Experience working with and managing remote teams
Strong understanding of ecommerce principles including product information management online marketplaces and search engine optimization (SEO)
Proficiency in English
Eligible to work in Hungary Budapest HQ
