Job Description
As a CP R&D Finance Lead you will be responsible for providing finance expertise and advice to the businesses supporting decisionmaking and driving performance. You will have active participation in the development and implementation of the relevant operational plans to ensure clarity of the financial impact including support of evaluation of new businesses and models. Through appropriate balance of short medium and longterm financial planning and monitoring you will drive effective and efficient delivery of business goals with sound financial analysis and advice.

- Act as a trusted finance leader supporting the business and stakeholders within the scope on recurring and ad hoc finance topics
- Ensure seamless engagement and interaction with commercial corporate and finance communities and stakeholders
- Lead financial processes across P&L scope connecting with various stakeholders
- Build relationships across other Finance teams to share and align best practices
- Influence and challenge to support the drive for productivity gains across the organization through process and reporting improvement/alignment
- Drive the delivery of budgets and forecasts
- Challenge the resource allocation and income generation proactively raising issues and driving resolution
- Provide management with sound riskbased analysis on potential impacts implications and propose potential ways to mitigate risks on key economic and commercial exposures
- Drive productivity and simplification in finance and related business processes in the relevant functional scope
- Leading a team with direct reports
Qualifications :

You will be a great fit if you have:
- BSc/MSc degree or equivalent qualification
- 7 years of previous experience in Finance and Controlling is a must
- Previous management experience preferred
- Business facing experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of IFRS accounting budgeting forecasting and planning processes
- Excel & SAP knowledge are a must business intelligence systems an advantage
- Advanced financial and accounting acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is a must other languages are a plus
- Leadership skills and ability to interact and influence at different levels within the organization
