Job Description

As a Finance Process Improvement Project Lead Europe you will be responsible for leading and delivering process improvement projects in Europe Finance and identifying new opportunities for automation. You will drive standardization in Business Finance processes implement best practices and support the CP Core Project implementation.

We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:

  • Lead process improvement projects across Business Finance working closely with Process Owners SMEs Program Lead and Technology team
  • Identify new opportunities for best practices and automation by understanding the current WOW of the processes in Business Finance and propose new projects based on the findings of the initial analysis
  • Deliver process improvement for Country and Regional analysis across the PnL Balance Sheet and Net Trade Working Capital areas
  • Implement changes in Finance processes after thorough analysis and drive relevant change management activities on the necessary platforms (training communication stakeholder management etc.)
  • Drive and deliver implementation of processes across CUs and different businesses communicating closely with CU Finance Heads and Commercial Finance Leads
  • Support CP Core Finance Lead with relevant impact assessments and communication activities

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • BSc/MSc degree in Finance or Economics
  • Minimum 10 years experience in FP&A role
  • Experience in process improvement project management is highly desirable
  • Change management experience (e.g. migrations transformations) is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Finance Operating systems
  • Ability to effectively work in a crossfunctional matrix organization
  • Ability to manage transformation and change agenda
  • Fluent English language knowledge
