Job Description
As a Seeds Field Crops Finance Business Partner (Iberia Italy and Winter Crops) you will be responsible for performing Financial Planning & Analysis activities for the Seeds Iberia and Italy Commercial Units and Winter Crops. You will be a trusted partner to Seeds Commercial Finance Lead to provide insightful analysis and recommendations on the respective financials. You will also drive improvements and technology adaptations in Financial Planning & Analysis processes.

- Add value to organization through providing business insight understanding the numbers and challenging the status quo
- Analyse monthly sales and function costs and provide relevant commentaries and insights to finance and business stakeholders
- Full accountability for the analysis and commentaries to business stakeholders for variance analysis of function cost reports
- Provide commercial team with sound riskbased analysis on potential impacts implications and propose potential ways to improve risk management on key economic exposures
- Manage relevant financials of Italy and Iberia Seeds commercial organization (sales gross profit function cost and working capital)
- Provide reliable and timely budgets and latest outlooks for P&L in scope
- Participate in strategic business planning and business processes by preparing financial budgets and rolling forecasts
- Focus on reliable full year outlooks and risk/opportunity assessments
- Cocreate and review commercial terms and policies (price model i.e. discounts / rebates / incentive plans) contracts support of commercial processes (e.g. Battle Plans inseason commercial terms tactics) and new business models (financial consideration and frameworks for strategic business projects)
- Leverage technology (SAC) to further develop (SAC stories) and fully utilize available reports to meet the needs of the various business owners on time with high quality

You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor/Master/MBA/Business School in Economics or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Controlling is a must
- Experience in working with cross functional teams and ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Understanding of IFRS accounting budgeting forecasting and planning processes
- Excel & SAP knowledge are a must business intelligence systems an advantage
- Strong communication stakeholder management and presentation skills
- English is a must other languages are a plus
