We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager Merchandising Operations to join our dynamic Peacock Product Marketing team. This role demands expertise in crossfunctional collaboration with a knowledge base in content marketing strategy and product development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for overseeing features develop from a conceptual stage to releasing in production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team that oversees the development and track the progress of feature functionality & A/B testing from endtoend.
  • Collaborate on new product enhancements by defining requirements advising on operational implementation testing upon release and troubleshooting bugs and functionality gaps to successfully deliver products to market.
  • Liaison between Strategy Product Data and Decision Science teams Metadata QA and other stakeholders to ensure experimental and evergreen metadata enhancements account for impact and opportunities across all teams managing processes and updates to ensure success endtoend.
  • Support a 24/7 operation responsible for updating content based on performance programming tactics and events unfolding in real time working in coordination with Product Strategy and Tech teams in addition to other key stakeholders.
  • Provide additional support for tentpole initiatives including high profile content launches breaking news events and marquee sporting events.

  • Attend weekly Product and Tech workstream meetings as a marketing operations representatives speaking on upcoming changes enhancements features and issues
  • Evaluate incidents to identify immediate solutions and work with the Impact team to escalate issues to the proper departments if necessary.
     

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience working in title operations or publishing at a largescale editorial ecommerce or video service.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage an everchanging content pipeline 7 days a week as this position will require the ability to occasionally work early mornings nights or weekends.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to work flexibly across departments as well as manage internal and external partners in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects.
  • The ability to oversee project teams and work closely with a variety of other teams.
  • A passion for television movies sports and news.
  • Ability to work at Universal City Los Angeles CA or New York City New York.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $85000 $110000 (bonus eligible)
