What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and manage a team of Sales Representatives in a growing local branch.
- Interview hire and oversee the management of all divisions within the branch.
- Help the team promote products and solutions to new and existing clients through cold calling prospecting networking and referral sources.
- Attend meetings with team members to ensure understanding of programs and accountability for results.
- Manage accounts and achieve expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide training to the team on new products sales promotions resolving customer issues contract negotiation and submission and account documentation.
What You Will Need:
- Proven track record of success managing a territory in the document solutions industry.
- Experience in a Sales or Sales Management role within the document solutions industry.
- Ability to lead a team with a positive selfmotivated attitude.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Desire to work in a customerfocused sales environment with strong time management skills.
