As a Founders Associate at SPiNE Energy you will be pivotal in building the foundations of a fastgrowing energy startup. At this early stage your role will involve a broad spectrum of strategic and operational responsibilities helping to shape the companys direction from the ground up. You will collaborate directly with the founders and leadership team working handson to drive forward new initiatives build internal processes and establish key partnerships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is excited to get involved in the crucial early days (<20 FTE) of a company with high growth potential.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Projects & EarlyStage Initiatives: You will initiate and lead highimpact projects that drive SPiNEs earlystage growth. Whether optimizing business processes or supporting new product initiatives your work will shape the future of the company.
Leadership Sparring & Decision Making: As a direct partner to the leadership team you will be deeply involved in daytoday decisionmaking. You will support strategic thinking and execution on everything from operations to market strategy.
Operational Excellence: You will optimize and streamline processes across departments from automation to performance tracking ensuring we scale with agility and efficiency.
Financial Strategy & Performance Management:Through sharp analysis and detailed reporting youll provide insights that steer the companys financial trajectory ensuring we not only meet but exceed our strategic financial objectives.
Flexibility & Versatility: In an earlystage startup roles can be fluid. Youll need to be comfortable wearing many hats from conducting market research to managing supplier relationships. Your ability to pivot and adapt to new challenges is key.

Your profile
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You possess a handson mentality taking initiative and responsibility for projects with minimal oversight. You enjoy building from the ground up and thrive in dynamic environments.
Analytical Mindset: With excellent analytical skills you can break down complex problems and provide clear datadriven solutions. You bring a structured approach to both strategic and operational challenges.
Proactive & ResultsOriented: You prioritize effectively (80:20) focusing on whats most impactful and driving results. You have a keen eye for detail and work with a sense of urgency to meet objectives.
Stakeholder Management: You are confident in managing multiple stakeholders across different levels from internal teams to external partners. Your communication skills ensure alignment and clarity in all interactions.
Previous Experience: 02 years of experience in fastpaced highperformance environments such as consulting investment banking or highgrowth startups. Prior exposure to the energy sector or sustainabilityfocused companies is a plus.

Fluency in both German and English.
Willingness to frequently work on site in our office in Munich.
