Job Description
We are an innovative aerospace startup seeking a highly charismatic and financially skilled Founders Associate to lead our business development team and drive investor relations.
If you are passionate about investment business strategy and being the face of a company this is the role for you. We are looking for someone who thrives on stage loves networking and naturally captivates peoplewhether at investor meetings industry fairs or in oneonone conversations. You should be someone who doesnt just convince but attractswho makes people excited to be part of what were building. In this role you will work closely with the CEO leading our business development team and shaping the companys investment and growth strategy.
Tasks
- Act as the key business counterpart to the CEO in investor meetings and strategy discussions.
- Lead and mentor our team of business development engineers and working students.
- Have a strong understanding of investor psychology and how to craft compelling narratives.
- Develop and refine fundraising strategies financial models and investor messaging.
- Lead the preparation of investment materialsensuring toptier storytelling and structure (executed by the business development team).
- Own and oversee investor communication including updatessuch asNotion LinkedIn and pitch materials.
- Ensure all business materials (pitch decks reports outreach) meet the highest standards of clarity impact and strategic storytelling.
- Drive market and competitor analysis to refine business positioning.
- Shape the companys financial and business roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing aMasters degree or MBA student in Finance Business Administration Economics Investment Management or a related field.
- Extensive experience in investment venture capital private equity or startup finance
- Capable of leading and mentoring a team.
- Exceptional storytelling abilitiesknowing how to craft a compelling business narrative.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to translate numbers into strategy.
- High confidence in engaging investors and highstakes stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Notion Canva LinkedIn and financial modeling tools.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
