The role

As a Graphic Design Working Student youll support our Design and Marketing Teams in bringing our brand to life! Youll create marketing assets explore automation and new design tools and play a key role in shaping our marketing design language and brands visual identity.

Youll report directly to (Senior Product Designer & Design Systems Lead) as part of our Design team. While your main focus will be on marketing design youll also get a behindthescenes look at our product design processideal for anyone whos interested and curious to learn about both areas.

The Location:
Hamburg (Hybrid): This role is based onsite in our Hamburg office just a short walk from the Rathaus. Youll need to be onsite for events or important meetings but theres also flexibility to work from home a few days a week.

Your impact:

  • You create design assets for various marketing channels including blog posts landing pages social media and events.
  • You collaborate with our Marketing and Design teams to deliver visuals that align with our brand.
  • You experiment with automation tools and develop workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • You explore new media formats and channels including video to enhance engagement and outreach.
  • You innovate with our visual language to push creative boundaries.
  • You participate in crossfunctional projects to ensure alignment between marketing and product design.

Requirements

What makes you a great fit

  • You are currently a Bachelors or Masters student in Visual Design Graphic Design Communication Design User Experience (UX) Design Media Arts or a related field.
  • You are available for a working student role 20 hours/week starting March 1 or April 1.
  • You have proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create both digital and print assets.
  • You have a good understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics.
  • You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Youre detailoriented proactive and capable of managing multiple projects meeting deadlines and creatively solving problems.
