The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving company growth through transformational enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in developing and implementing outcomebased enablement programs and curriculum using adult learning principles.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Develop and deliver sales enablement programs that align with business goals and drive measurable improvements in sales KPIs including new business development customer satisfaction and retention. Preferred program experience:

- Seller Workshops and Knowledge Shares
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team of sales trainers curriculum designers and contractors to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation and update of training materials including eLearning modules sales playbooks and interactive learning activities.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of enablement initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make datadriven improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and incorporate them into the companys training programs.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement sales training or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Education or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

This role has a marketcompetitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $92120k. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a salesbased incentive or performancebased bonus.
