Operations Customer Expert I / Sales Representative
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Operations Customer Expert I where you will play a key role in providing exceptional travel advice and service to our customers through our Lisbon contact center. Your primary duties will include assisting Italianspeaking travelers with their accommodations converting inquiries into bookings and ensuring a seamless travel experience. You will also address inquiries manage reservations and maintain satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tailored Communication: Engage with customers in both Italian and English providing personalized and effective communication to address their travel needs.
- Sales Conversion: Employ strategic sales techniques to convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Timely Assistance: Ensure prompt and accurate information delivery to enhance the customers travel experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partners and team members to ensure productive interactions and a highquality customer experience.
Working Conditions:
- Work Hours: Fulltime 40 hours per week with rotational shifts between Monday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Trial Period: Begin with a onemonth trial period upon signing the contract.
Training Overview:
- Duration: Approximately 14 working days 8 hours daily conducted in English.
- Content: Includes team integration tools training product knowledge and customer management for phone email and chat support.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total Gross Salary: 1379 per month inclusive of all allowances.
- Base Salary: 1050
- Christmas Allowance: 87.50 (paid monthly)
- Holiday Allowance: 87.50 (paid monthly)
- Meal Allowance: 154 (provided via a taxfree debit card for meals)
Additional Benefits:
- Health Insurance: Coverage begins on the first day of employment.
- Apartment Benefit: Taxfree benefitinkind of 200 if accommodation is provided by the company.
- Training Allowance: Includes a weekly allowance of 92.80 and a daily gross allowance of 18.56 for training.
Relocation Support:
- Accommodation options are available in companyfurnished apartments for the first 14 months covering all utilities and supplementary services.
Essential Criteria:
- Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to new procedures.
- Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial.
