Job Description
Role: Agentic AI Engineer & Developer /Senior AI Engineer
- Lead the design development and implementation of advanced AI models and algorithms with a focus on Agentic AI.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
- Conduct research to advance the stateoftheart in Agentic AI and apply findings to realworld applications.
- Mentor and guide junior AI engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools frameworks and technologies to meet project requirements.
- Ensure the scalability reliability and performance of AI systems.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning particularly in the area of agentic AI.
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in AI engineering with a strong focus on Agentic AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or C.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similar.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms reinforcement learning and multiagent systems.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Knowledge of ethical considerations and best practices in AI development.
- Publications or contributions to the AI research community.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced agile environment.
- Oversee the endtoend lifecycle of software development projects from conception to completion with a focus on Data and AI.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and success criteria.
- Utilize safe agile practices to manage project budgets timelines and quality requirements.
- Present project updates manage expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Continuously monitor project progress identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Ability to work 34 hours with US East Coast time (EST) with team members based in Northern Virginia USA.
- Ability to translate the technical into business language
- Ability to lead others and Curiosity & desire to grow and learn
