Senior MDM Reltio Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and detailoriented Senior MDM (Master Data Management) Reltio Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design implementation and optimization of Reltio MDM solutions to ensure data quality consistency and governance across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders data engineers and IT to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MDM Initiatives: Act as the primary liaison for all Reltio MDMrelated projects ensuring alignment with organizational data governance policies and business objectives.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design data models and configure Reltio solutions to meet enterprise data management needs.
- Data Quality and Governance: Define and implement processes for data validation cleansing enrichment and deduplication to ensure highquality master data.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with business users IT and data engineering teams to define and document functional and technical specifications for Reltio MDM integrations.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Reltio MDM applications including setting up workflows attributes match and merge rules and APIs for system integrations.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve Reltio MDM system performance ensuring reliability scalability and compliance with SLAs.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers and stakeholders on Reltio MDM functionalities and best practices.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create dashboards and reports to monitor key data quality metrics analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in business systems analysis with at least 3 years focusing on Reltio MDM or similar platforms.
Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in Reltio MDM platform including configuration data modeling workflows and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts including match and merge rules hierarchy management and data governance.
- Proficiency in SQL REST APIs and integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Informatica or similar).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for reporting and analytics.
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Leadership capabilities to mentor junior team members and influence decisionmaking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Reltio MDM certification is a plus.
- Experience in agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
- Experience in industries such as healthcare retail or financial services is desirable.
