Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Architecture
- Analyse business requirements and design scalable secure and efficient automation solutions using UiPath.
- Define solution architecture including Orchestrator setup bot deployment strategies and infrastructure planning.
- Create technical documentation including Process Design Document (PDD) Solution Design Document (SDD) and architecture diagrams.
- Implementation and Development Support
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to design standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance in areas such as exception handling reusable components and integration with other systems (e.g. APIs databases).
- Lead the implementation of complex automations and oversee the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders developers and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Conduct workshops and design sessions with business users to identify automation opportunities.
- Present proposed solutions and project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Infrastructure and Deployment
- Define and oversee infrastructure requirements including bot hosting licensing and resource allocation.
- Ensure seamless integration of bots with UiPath Orchestrator and optimize deployment for multibot and multitenant environments.
- Quality Assurance and Governance
- Establish coding standards development guidelines and best practices for automation projects.
- Conduct reviews of process workflows and code to ensure quality performance and adherence to security policies.
- Monitor production processes troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Training and Mentorship
- Train team members on UiPath features development methodologies and advanced capabilities such as Document Understanding AI Fabric and Action Center.
- Mentor junior developers and provide support in solving technical challenges.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 12 years of experience in RPA with a focus on UiPath; prior experience as a Solution Architect is highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in UiPath Studio Orchestrator and Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath integrations (REST APIs databases file systems).
- Handson experience with advanced UiPath features like Document Understanding AI Fabric and Process Mining.
- Familiarity with infrastructure design including cloud and onpremise setups.
- Certifications: UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or UiPath Solution Architect Certification preferred.
- Programming Skills: Good to have C# VB.NET or Python is a plus.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and expertise in troubleshooting RPArelated issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and technical teams
