Requirements:
People Management
- Lead mentor train and motivate a multifunctional multilingual team within a complex matrix organization environment.
- Manage the team to deliver the full recruitment cycle including highquality sourcing and recruitment pipelines in line with their role level and business alignment. Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and maintain high standards of service delivery at all times.
- Manage team performance training coaching and identifying career development opportunities for team members.
- Monitor and prioritize team workloads ensuring the requisition load per recruiter is optimal and that SLAs KPIs and quality standards are all met and maintained.
- Manage daytoday team issues and escalations ensuring all matters are resolved in a timely manner with appropriate investigation mitigation and implementation of continuous improvement measures.
- Manage staff turnover and recruitment within the team undertake annual appraisals performance management and team engagement.
Workforce Planning
- Strategically manage the teams workforce planning and resourcing activities.
- Collaborate with UK & Europe TA Managers to understand forecasted hiring needs from the business lines and plan effective resourcing as a management team.
- Undertake ongoing analysis of capacity to highlight where overcapacity could create a risk and where there is additional capacity.
Process Optimization and Compliance
- Ensure all team members accurately follow and comply with the talent acquisition processes driving implementation of changes and updates to processes.
- Ensure compliance with all local regional policies.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g. GDPR SOX).
- Support the implementation of AI in the recruitment process to enable timesaving and metrics improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline processes improve candidate and stakeholder experience and increase productivity.
Systems Technology and Continuous Improvement
- Support the implementation of AI in the recruitment process actively partaking in requirements gathering and implementation as required.
- Partner and work closely with the TA Managers and TA Director to ensure a consistent approach in how all HR/TA teams are using our systems within Europe & India.
- Ensure all team members in the GBS Bucharest TA team accurately follow the talent acquisition process and drive implementation of changes and updates to processes.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and enable team members to share their ideas to enhance sourcing attraction and hiring of the best talent for the company.
Stakeholder Management
- Build develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure effective communication both verbally and within approved systems.
- Support the team to manage stakeholder expectations on timescales by communicating effectively verbally and through technology ensuring that there is an agreed hiring plan for all roles.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by foreseeing challenges in advance and being able to raise these upwards and come up with practical solutions.
- Provide updated reports and feedback to stakeholders and colleagues (TA Managers) on assigned requisitions and recruiter performance.
- Analyze complex issues develop and implement solutions and provide regular performance and operational progress reports to managers/hiring managers to ensure issues are flagged in a timely manner and gaps are addressed.
- Lead and/or participate in governance meetings to discuss operational results issues strategies and solutions to improve team performance.
Skills and Attributes Required
- Fluency in English is essential. An additional European language being either Italian French Spanish German or Polish is preferred
- Strong people management skills.
- Experience working within a multinational organization leading a bestinclass candidate resourcing team.
- Experience working in a fastpaced agile highvolume recruitment environment. Ability to manage complex situations ambiguity and work in highpressure situations.
- Familiarity with a Global Business Services work environment that supports multiple global locations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Smart Recruiter and Workday is desirable but not essential.
- Possess the experience confidence and presence to influence and engage internal stakeholders and the external market. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- 10 years of progressive TA experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
