Our client is an international translation agency established in 1997 is one of the significant providers of translation services for Central and Eastern European languages in the EU markets. They exclusively serve demanding Western European markets collaborating regularly with hundreds of translators from several countries.
Highquality services universally recognized competencies and the highest level of customer service contribute to the dynamic development of the company. As they expand they are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Client Success Manager to take the lead in acquiring new clients driving business growth and delivering exceptional service. This role will focus on building strong longlasting client relationships while ensuring their satisfaction and longterm success with our services.
Role Overview:
The Client Success Manager will primarily focus on identifying acquiring and onboarding new clients (6070%) while fostering strong relationships to ensure their continued success postonboarding. This role is ideal for a professional with a blend of project and operations management sales experience and client relationship skills. Youll collaborate with internal teams to deliver highquality services and create growth opportunities for both clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition (Hunting):
Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the Translation and Localization industry presenting my client companys unique value proposition.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities leveraging networking referrals and market research.
Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals addressing client needs with tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts close deals and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition to active service delivery.
Client Success & Satisfaction (Farming):
Serve as the main point of contact postonboarding ensuring clients derive maximum value from our services.
Conduct regular checkins to address client concerns gather feedback and foster satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for account growth such as upselling or crossselling additional services.
Operational Coordination:
Collaborate with project management and service delivery teams to ensure client projects are executed efficiently and meet highquality standards.
Provide operational insights and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to streamline communication and resolve issues promptly.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics related to client acquisition satisfaction and retention.
Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders to assess progress and refine strategies.
Job Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management or sales business development or client success ideally in Language Service providing Translation and Localization or other related industries.
Strong background in project management with a focus on clientfacing roles and sales delivery.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software project management tools and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
A proactive solutionsoriented approach with a passion for exceeding client expectations and achieving sales goals.
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Project Management or a related field.
Fluency in English and Polish (if based in Poland) is required. Proficiency in German or French languages is a significant advantage.

Working hours: Monday Friday 8 hours a day (fulltime) between 8:30 and 18:30
