The Clients Markets and Products Committee is designed to focus on One Firm client centric growth which is coled by the Global Clients Markets and Products (CMP) Partner and Chief Client Officer (CCO). The stated aim is to create a clients first culture and ensure we collaborate around our clients to deliver the highest quality legal services from practice area product and sector specialists.
The Data Analyst role is a key role within the Client Insights & Business Intelligence (CIBI) team which will support the Global Head of Client Insights & Business Intelligence and the broader Client & Market Development (CMD) function. The role will have a particular focus on analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support datadriven decision processes optimize client engagement and drive business growth.
This role will include working on complex data models while also acting as a subject matter expert in reporting (e.g. Excel PowerBI) and drive the adoption of analytics and reporting best practices and standards across CMD.
The Data Analyst will collaborate with various business professional departments and practice areas including; Business Development (CMD) Brand and Marketing (BCM) Knowledge (KETL) Finance and IT (general systems legal technology and data science) to align client and business intelligence efforts with wider Firm goals.
